Refund Policy

At Scalable PPC, our goal is to provide exceptional digital marketing services that meet your needs. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary.

  1. Service-Based Refunds:
    • Monthly Services: If services have been provided for a full month and payment is made at the end of that month, refunds are not applicable.
    • Upfront Payments: For clients who choose to pay upfront, refunds are available if the cancellation is requested within the first week of service. If the cancellation request is made after two weeks of service, refunds will no longer be eligible as significant work has already been completed.
  2. Refund Request Process:
    • All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@amzgglmarketing.com, where they will be reviewed based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.
    • The decision on whether a refund will be issued will be made based on the circumstances and the extent of the service provided.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Services that have been fully provided as agreed upon are non-refundable.
    • Custom or one-time services may also be non-refundable depending on the nature of the work.
